Lake Okeechobee Conditions
This is a short report on the current lake conditions. Lake levels on Okeechobee had gotten down to 10.82, but with the recent afternoon rains has risen to 11.18 as of this morning. There are some small algae spots out there but nothing major. The algae occurs here every year and has since the first time I came down here in 1983. It has no effect on the fishing. All the water near the grass is super clear and in good shape. When we get another half foot of water you will be able to fish anywhere again. Please do not pay attention to the bias media.
