A Great Time on Lake Okeechobee

OK, we have too much water in lake Okeechobee. The lake level is 15.80 as I post this report, This is good and bad. The good is we will have plenty of water going into the dry season, The bad isthat it has spread the fish all over the place. Live bait fishing has been great as usual, As for lures, it has been off and on. For me the Yamamoto Senko and Dshad have been working best. The fish are starting to move back in the grass with swimjigs and topwater swimbaits also working well. I think the water temperature will start dropping soon and that will start the spawning cycle and it will be on for the next 5 months. Don't miss it...come fish the best big bass lake in the country.
Fall Fishing on Lake Okeechobee

Fall is almost here and Lake Okeechobee is in awesome shape. Water level is 14.50 and it took 28lbs. to win this weekend. As always, flippin is the main deal right now for the big fish. For me it’s been the Yamamoto Flappin Hog, black blue, that been working best. There is a good swimjig bite for the first hour in the morning, and as always the Senko is working well. Most fish are on the outside grass lines but the water temp. is coming down and the fish are starting to move back somewhat. It looks like it’s going to be an awesome year on the Big O. If you or someone you know is thinking of coming down this fall or winter they need to call soon, I am booking up fast. Come fish with me on the best lake in the country.
Early Summer on Lake Okeechobee

Wow is all I can say about the fishing on Lake Okeechobee right now. The water level has fallen to 12.46 and the fish have moved to the outside. In the morning a swimjig with a Yamamoto swimming senko has been best for me in black blue. After that we have been pitching a Flappin Hog black blue with a ¾ tungsten weight in the outside grass lines. The whole lake is good right now, you can catch 30 to 40 fish a day with no problem. Lake Okeechobee is in the best shape I have seen it in for a long time. Come fish the best big bass lake in the country with Tom Mann Jr.
